Our Work: 302 Elm St., Clairton, PA — Full Property Transformation

The Fan Group proudly showcases the full renovation of 302 Elm Street, a 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath single-family home in Clairton, PA. When we acquired the property, it had not been updated in decades and required a complete overhaul—structurally, aesthetically, and mechanically. Our goal was to transform it into a modern, durable, and functional rental home that meets the needs of today’s families while providing long-term value to investors.

The Challenge 

302 Elm came to us in heavily distressed condition. The flooring was warped and  failing, walls were outdated and damaged, the kitchen and bathrooms were non-functional, and the entire property required new systems and code updates. As part of our BRRRR investment strategy, we needed to:

  • Increase the property’s value

  • Improve long-term durability

  • Create a safe, welcoming space for a future tenant

  • Deliver the project efficiently and under budget
